First of all, to prepare the hamburger with meat and potatoes, we boil the potatoes. So let’s pass them still hot in the potato masher and put the mixture in a bowl.

We combine the milk, thyme and parsley, previously chopped. Add the meat, season with salt and pepper and mix everything well.

After preparing the mixture with the potatoes, we move on to form 4 medium-sized burgers, which are neither too high nor too wide.

At this point we cook the burgers, after having brushed them with oil on both sides, on the plate. The time will vary depending on the size of the burgers. We can, at will, sprinkle a few drops of lemon juice. Our hamburger with meat ans potatoes are now ready to serve.
