First of all, to prepare the gnocchi with cheese, heat the tomato sauce and distribute it evenly in a baking dish.

We then finely cut some slices of fontal; in a separate container, mix together the grated parmesan with a generous handful of pepper.

Boil the gnocchi in salted water and, when they come to the surface, drain them and put a part of them in the pan; then add, on top of this first layer of gnocchi and on the following ones, a part of the fontal and a part of the grana.

Finally, spread the remaining parmesan and the flaked butter on the last layer of gnocchi and bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 7-8 minutes.
