First of all to prepare the shrimp with herbs we remove the dark filament, which is on the back of the shrimp, with the help of a toothpick. So let’s place them in cold salted water for about 7 minutes, drain and dry them delicately.

In a pan with a tablespoon of oil, put the garlic, the onion, previously finely chopped, the white wine and let it simmer and reduce until you get a tablespoon of liquid.

Then add the prawns and cook them for about 4 minutes, mixing and adjusting with salt.

Let’s flavor them with parsley, previously finely chopped, chopped basil, oregano and finally paprika.

We serve our shrimp with herbs hot, seasoned with the rest of the raw oil.
