First of all, to prepare the quick pancakes, beat the egg with the salt, then add the yeast, the flour, previously sifted, and the melted butter.

We add the milk and mix well until the batter is smooth and fluid.

Heat the pan and grease it with a little butter; we put, therefore, a spoon and a half of batter for each pancake. We bake the quick pancakes for about 3 minutes per side.

We serve them hot garnishing them to taste.
