First of all, to prepare the green fusilli, wash the spinach well and cook them for about 6 minutes. Drain them and let them cool, when they are warm, squeeze them well and chop them finely.

Take a pan and heat the oil, 3 tablespoons of broth, half the parsley and some basil for a few minutes. Then add the spinach, salt everything and cook for about 4 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the fusilli.

Add the cream to the spinach and let it heat up. Add the fusilli, preferably drained al dente, and add the rest of the herbs. Finally, add the grated parmesan, pepper and mix everything well.

We finish the dish with parmesan flakes and serve our green fusilli hot.
