We also add the broth and stirring constantly, to avoid the formation of lumps, bring everything to a boil and cook over moderate heat for about thirty minutes.

At this point, add salt, remove from the heat and add the cream.

Curry sauce has origins in the Far East. Nowadays it is a sauce prepared all over the world, it is used in particular in Indian cuisine where we can find it in many variations.
