First of all, to prepare the berry crumble, wash the fruit carefully and put it in a bowl full of cold water with a spoonful of vinegar or lemon juice. Then take the fruit gently and put it on absorbent paper to dry it.

To prepare the crumble we can use a food processor or a planetary mixer, for convenience we will use the planetary mixer. In the bowl of the planetary mixer, put the flour, sugar and cold butter into small pieces, ½ teaspoon of cinnamon and mix everything at medium speed until you get a crumbled dough.

Then pour the fruit into a baking dish, previously greased or covered with baking paper. Then place our crumble on top and level the surface by slightly shaking the pan. We bake our crumble with berries in a preheated oven at 230 ° C for about 25 minutes.

The berries crumble is excellent served with semi-liquid sweetened cream, with vanilla or yogurt ice cream or with a delicate vanilla cream.
