As a first step to prepare our beef stew, stew the onion and carrot, previously thinly cut, with a little broth.

Then add the chopped tomato and season with salt. When the sauce has reached the boiling point, add the meat, previously cut into chunks.

We cook everything, covered and over a low flame, for about 20 minutes. If necessary, we can sprinkle everything with a little more broth.

About 5 minutes from the end of cooking, add the previously thawed peas. When cooked, season our beef stew with parsley and a drizzle of oil.
